FULDA -- In a defensive battle between Fulda and Adrian, it was the Dragons who came away with a 7-0 victory Friday night in a Little Sioux Conference football matchup.

Jesse Brake's 5-yard touchdown run in the third quarter proved to be the difference in the game.

Adam Diekmann added the extra point and the Adrian defense held on for a narrow victory.

Brake ran for 140 yards on 27 carries to lead the Dragons (2-1, 2-1), while Brett Nowotny had 50 yards on 14 carries.

Nowotny had 23 yards in the air, while Diekmann had 41 yards passing.

Bradon Aggen led a stout Adrian defense with 11 tackles, while Danny Parsley had 10. Justin Weidert and Diekmann each had an interception.

For Fulda, Andy Henning had 77 yards on 19 carries on the ground, while Jalen Getting completed 11 passes, including his first nine, for 93 yards.

Ben Gehl had three catches for 34 yards.

Defensively, Ryan Sinnamon, Devin Kuehne and Henning led the Raiders. Max Dibble had a fumble recovery for Fulda.

Adrian will host Ortonville Friday, while the Raiders will host Dawson-Boyd.

T-M-B 49, Canby 6

TRACY -- Josh Hook caught seven passes for 183 yards, including a 72-yard touchdown to lead the Panthers past Canby in a Little Sioux Conference contest.

Isaac Dolan was 16-for-30 in the air for 324 yards and four touchdowns to lead T-M-B, which piled up 497 total yards.

Dominic Dolan had 48 yards rushing on two carries and a touchdown.

Dolan had touchdown passes of 72 yards, 29 yards (to John Swenhaugen), 16 yards (to Keith Engelkes) and 20 yards (to Swenhaugen) on the night.

Chris Hoffman led the Canby rushing attack with 65 yards on two carries.

T-M-B (3-0) will host MACCRAY in a critical Little Sioux Conference game Friday.

MAYNARD -- Caleb Hanson threw for 223 yards and four touchdowns to lead MACCRAY to a Little Sioux Conference victory Friday night.

Jay Hilbrands caught eight passes for 145 yards to lead MACCRAY.

For MCC (1-2, 1-2), Eric Wieneke had 26 yards rushing, including a 3-yard touchdown run in the second quarter.

Travis DeLong had 86 yards rushing on 10 carries, while Scott Beech had 30 yards rushing for a Rebel team that will travel to Russell-Tyler-Ruthton Friday.

Southwest Conference

Luverne 33, PA 0

PIPESTONE -- With the game scoreless at halftime, the Luverne Cardinals scored 33 points in the second half for a Southwest Conference football victory Friday night.

Phil Paquette scored on a 21-yard reception, and runs of 3- and 28-yards on the night to lead Luverne.

The Cardinals had 150 yards on the ground, led by Paquette's 132 on 17 carries.

Through the air, Ryan Hoff had 107 yards on 11-for-17 passing.

Austin Faber led the Arrows with 45 yards rushing, while Brandan Alfson completed three passes.

Pipestone Area will travel to Marshall Friday, while Luverne travels to Windom.

Marshall 36, JCC 15

JACKSON -- Jordan Cholick ran for 72 yards and a touchdown for Jackson County Central, but the Tigers proved too much in a Southwest Conference football matchup.

Cholick scored from 29 yards out in the first quarter, and Jesse Regalado scored from 10 yards out in the fourth for the Huskies (1-2, 0-2).

Nathan Brandt completed three passes -- all to Pat Garvin -- for 53 yards.

For Marshall, Andrew Thomas had 85 yards rushing on nine carries, including two touchdowns.

JCC will travel to Redwood Valley Friday.
