THEFT - A mother reported Thursday that her daughter's cell phone had been stolen from her locker at Forestview Middle School.

PROPERTY DAMAGE - A vehicle rear-ended another vehicle at 11:19 a.m. Thursday at the Highways 210 and 371 intersection. No injuries were reported.

DISTURBANCES - A complaint about a house party on the 800 block of Laurel Street was received at 11:21 p.m. Thursday. When police arrived they found several underage people consuming alcohol. Charges have been forwarded for consideration to the city attorney against four adults and two 17-year-olds.

A report was received at 2 p.m. Thursday of a male carrying an uncased firearm on the 700 block of Front Street in downtown Brainerd. The male was transported to St. Joseph's Medical Center for an evaluation and then taken to detox on a doctor's hold.

THEFT - A student at Brainerd High School South Campus reported Thursday the theft of her TI-83 calculator valued at $110.

CRASHES - A one-vehicle rollover with no injuries was reported at 7:58 a.m. Friday at County Roads 18 and 4 in Lake Edward Township.

A car vs. deer accident was reported at 9:07 p.m. Thursday at Highway 18 and County Road 10.

Another car vs. deer crash was reported at 6:47 p.m. Thursday on County Road 139 in Daggett Brook Township.

A two-vehicle accident was reported at 12:53 p.m. Thursday on Highway 371. According to the sheriff's office a vehicle was going to pull out onto the highway then the driver decided he needed to go back to his office. As he backed up, he backed into a second vehicle, which sustained damage in the crash.

GAS LEAK - Mission Fire and Xcel Energy were paged out for a gas leak at 12:46 p.m. Thursday on the 25000 block of Blue Bonnet Road in Center Township.

DISTURBANCE - A mother living on the 20000 block of Carolyn Lane reported Thursday that her 9-year-old son was out of control. A deputy spoke to the woman and her son and the son calmed down.
