Blood drive opportunities scheduled

Many blood drives have had to be canceled as the severe winter weather has hit our area. Donors are greatly needed to give blood when the Red Cross Bloodmobile will be at the VFW Post No. 3922, 213 First St. SE, Wadena, from noon to 6 p.m. Friday to collect blood. Bring your Red Cross donor card or photo ID with you or two forms of identification. Double red blood cells will be collected. The goal is 80 units.
