FARGO — A crash on Sunday afternoon, Sept. 26, took down balconies at a nearby apartment in Fargo.
At 6:28 p.m., officers from the Fargo Police Department were dispatched to a crash in the 1900 block of 12th Avenue North on the east side of the viaduct. The driver is said to have lost control of the vehicle while driving at a high rate of speed, causing the vehicle to roll.
The vehicle crashed into an apartment building, causing some second- and third-floor balconies to collapse. The driver and a passenger were hospitalized with unknown injuries as a result of the crash.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol is also assisting with the investigation.
