BISMARCK – The lights from the North Dakota state Christmas Tree glow against the backdrop of the gold colored columns in Memorial Hall inside the state Capitol in Bismarck on Wednesday, Dec. 13. During a public ceremony on Tuesday evening, Gov. Doug Burgum and first lady Kathryn Helgaas Burgum officially flipped the switch to light the tree.
